Have you seen the new "Disclosure Form" we are going to be required to sign at the bookings? Can they even do that...Isn't it some sort of privacy issue.

Basically, starting Nov 29th drivers will have to legally adhere to the Federal Work/Rest rules of 14 hours a day, 8 hours rest, and at least one day off every 14 days. Now management is requiring us to fill out a form at every booking stating that we aren't working a second job that would affect these rules.

How is it any of their business?
